I’m a London-based journalist with a wealth of experience in news, features and digital content. I’ve written for The Guardian, The Times, The Telegraph, The Independent/i Paper and The Mail on Sunday. I’m currently a sub-editor at Newsweek.
My previous experience includes news reporting for the i Paper‘s website, inews.co.uk and working for international media agency Barcroft Media, where I found case studies for viral video content, and wrote copy for numerous news platforms.
In 2016, BBC London filmed a short video about me meeting the stem cell donor who saved my life. I worked closely with the producer and voiced the report.
I’m passionate about encouraging people to sign up as stem cell donors and I often work with Anthony Nolan, the UK’s stem cell register and blood cancer charity. In 2016, I won Anthony Nolan’s Journalist of the Year award.
